Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Small Works Foreman to lead our team in Palmerston North. This role will have you leading operational crew to deliver work on time, on budget and safely. You will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers. Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first.

Interested? Here's what we need from you

Along with great time and people management, open communication skills, and a keen eye for detail and safety, you also need to have:

Minimum class 2 license
WTR endorsements
A background in road construction, including pavement construction.
Proven experience in leading a crew.
Previous plant experience in a construction environment
Ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers.
Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation.
A cando attitude and the ability to problem solve.
An unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to match
