Job Description:

We are looking for a superstar to join our Traffic Division.

This role will support the BOP Traffic Department by organising the Resources required to complete our work for the wider business.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating TTM Resources to ensure we deliver excellent service safely, on time while meeting industry standards including:

Operations Planning
Allocating plant & equipment
Rostering Staff
Work with internal labour Resource
Organise and management of Sub-contractors
Manage health and safety
Work with TTM Planning
Manage employees wellbeing

What will you bring to the table

You will have excellent people skills to be able to work with a culturally diverse team to build genuine and lasting relationships with the team and our sub-contractors you are directly involved with and with our customers.

You will have the skills and experience to help us achieve our strategic objectives

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

Full class 1 drivers licence (class 2 an advantage but not essential)
Background in Logistics would be preferable (but not essential)
Excellent time management skills
Be computer literate (Microsoft word/excel, PPP)
Must be able to use MYTTM
Sound documentation presentation skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality improvement
Dedicated to excellent internal and external customer relations
Be an honest and proactive team player with a positive attitude
Available to take phone calls 7 days a week
