ABB NZ Ltd - Sales Solution Specialist

Responsible for all ABB E-mobility business in New Zealand. Provide customer solutions from initial contact, site visits ascertaining and recommending best practice with regards to power requirement, positioning, load management, connectivity, installation and after sales service.
Liaising with the European and regional hub to secure best pricing, lead times and support for our customers. Assisting customers with connected cloud service solutions for back office systems. 
Ongoing training on new technology through e-learning, webinars, sales conferences and one on one with specialist within global ABB E-mobility business. 
Collaborate with regional colleagues on stock holding profiles, global and regional projects, align strategies for products to market.
Responsible for customer contact, forecasting, stock profile, local pricing, customer proposals, technical assistance on all products and connected services for E-Mobility in New Zealand.
Updating Customer Relationship tool with new customer information, opportunities and marketing activities. 
Collaborate with internal business partners on marketing initiatives for the e-mobility business, attend Marketing webinars to discuss campaigns and updates on outcome.
Liaise with inter-company specialists for e-mobility solutions in the Marine, Port and grid solutions applications for potential customers.
Extensive knowledge base enabled me to collaborate with organizations like NZTA, Worksafe and Standards New Zealand, writing specifications for the E-Mobility industry.
