I have spent the past three years in the ski resort of St Anton, in Austria, where I have worked in a luxury apart-hotel. 
There I was a head receptionist and assistant manager. I can send offers to potential guests, create and edit reservations, upload and manage rates, organise a housekeeping team and the traces list.
I can work with the booking systems Protel.net, Booking.com and Siteminder.com.

Education

I have a bachelor degree in foreign languages. I speak fluently Italian, English and German and a little Spanish.
