 Technical Sales Engineer • HTS Group Limited Auckland

 While working at HTS I am responsible for managing each project that involved planning and design with customer collaboration ensuring clear communication on expectations. I ensure all quality standards were met and within the designated budget. This includes assisting with the initial sales quoting, planning, and budgeting. While working at HTS, I have experience in providing clear instructions simply by not using technical terms in one-on-one assistance to non-technical staff to increase their confidence and ability to use IT systems. The role reports to the Operations Manager while building strong relationships with all other employees and clients. The role has a direct influence on the branch profitability, project success, and customer satisfaction.

Working in a team, I was responsible for testing and wiring heat pumps. This role reports to the supervisor about job completion within the time frame. It demands constituency and repeatability. It’s a hand on tools role and following the job instructions of the electrical design engineer.

 This role includes the soldering components on Printed Circuit Boards and selective soldering with machines. Finding faults by reading electronics circuit diagrams and diagnosing them. Testing electronics products by reading programming codes. This role reports to team leaders.

DECEMBER 2018- DECEMBER 2019 (1 year) 

This job role includes assembly and soldering of wires and looms. Maintain a high level of accurate documentation after finishing jobs. Checks and final testing of the quality of the products according to the standards.
