I am a Human Resources manager with a specialization in the psychology of selection processes and candidate assessment. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working in the field of recruitment and as a HR manager in three different companies.
Experience
My passion for understanding human behavior and the dynamics of the hiring process led me to pursue a deep knowledge of psychology, specifically in relation to candidate evaluation and selection. I believe that a successful recruitment process goes beyond simply matching skills and qualifications; it requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual's personality, motivations, and cultural fit within the organization.
