I have 18 years of experience in the Apparel merchandising industry.

beside this, I have customer service experience and I have completed a Barista level 2 course successfully. 

With nearly 19 years of experience in the apparel and fashion industry, I have developed deep expertise in merchandising, product development, and supply chain management across knit, woven, sweater, and sportswear categories for men, women, and kids. As a Merchandising Manager, I’ve successfully led cross-functional teams, coordinated with international buyers, and ensured on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality and cost standards.

I have worked closely with global brands and suppliers, managing everything from fabric sourcing and sample approvals to production follow-up and shipment execution. My experience also includes vendor management, price negotiation, and process optimization, ensuring smooth operations in a competitive export environment.

Alongside my industry leadership, Now I am expanding my professional scope through a Master of Business Informatics (Business Analytics) in New Zealand, preparing to integrate my fashion expertise with data-driven business analysis. 

I have completed my Masters in English literature from National University, Bnagladesh. Now I'm enrolled to  Master of Business Informatics (Business Analytics) in Yoobee College New Zealand.
