I have extensive experience in recruitment, business development, and sales across various industries, including civil, manufacturing, and technology. I have demonstrated a strong ability to manage the full recruitment cycle (360 recruitment), from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and ongoing support.

I have held leadership roles, including Branch Manager and Director, where I led teams, mentored staff, and drove business growth. A key focus of my work has been building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. My skills also include managing CRMs, facilitating training, and generating new business opportunities.
