    About the Role
    We are looking for fun, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team of customer service consultants. Located at our

    Melbourne Airport Contact Centre , where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
    Training will be provided to ensure your success and confidence in the role.
    What You'll Do
    Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
    Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
    Holding a conversation while managing multiple tasks is crucial in this fast-paced role.
    Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
    Utilise our CRM systems to accurately capture customer data and service requests.
    What You'll Bring
    You're a skillful communicator with a knack for adapting your style to different customer personalities and situations. Teamwork is second nature to you, and customer service is your north star. Comfortable with technology, you're adept at solving problems on-the-fly and can effortlessly multi-task across various systems.
