    Dynamic Payment Limited was established in 2005 with the forward-thinking idea of providing New Zealand merchants with China Union Pay (hereafter as CUP) card acceptance solutions.

    Right now, we're looking for the right people to join our team.
    Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

    We have one permanent full-time positions available for ICT Customer Support Officer who are good team players and willing to take on new challenges.

    We offer a competitive wage ranging from $29.66 to $32.00 per hour.

    You can work at least 30 hours a week and a maximum of 40 hours a week including working on weekends.


    Our requirements:


    We're seeking a candidate with strong technical skills in computer systems and networks, as well as problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting.

    Exceptional customer service skills, multitasking, and attention to detail are vital for efficiently managing inquiries and accurately documenting issues.

    Additionally, a qualification at NZQA level 7 is required, with a preference for candidates who also possess at least three years of relevant experience.


    Job responsibilities:
    Analyze and specify the software and hardware requirements for POS terminal systems to meet customer needs.

    Provide comprehensive solutions for issues related to POS terminals, ensuring effective and swift resolution of both hardware and software problems.

    Offer prompt responses to customer inquiries, delivering expert advice on POS terminal operation and troubleshooting.
    Customize and upgrade POS terminal software to align with unique business requirements and user preferences.
    Oversee the installation process of POS terminal software, maintaining system integrity and optimizing performance.
    Assure efficient operation of POS terminals and their associated devices, minimizing downtime and improving customer transaction experiences.
    Set up and maintain secure network connections for POS terminals to ensure reliable and continuous operation.
    Develop and deliver training programs for customers, enabling them to effectively use and troubleshoot their POS terminals.
    Provide remote support and potentially participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours assistance to customers.
    Design, update, and sustain web interfaces linked to POS terminal functions for enhanced user interaction and accessibility.
