As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will become part of a team committed to driving client success in various sectors, from telecommunications to environmental sustainability.
What you will do:
Supporting the Customer Success Director, you will serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, advocating for their needs within the agency and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your role will be a mix of client relationship management and project coordination, employing your skills in administration and organisation to ensure delivery teams and account strategists are kept on task and on track.
This role is truly an advocate for the clients within the agency.Day to day you can expect to:
- Work closely with clients and the delivery team to ensure project work aligns with agreed client goals
- Efficiently onboard new clients and ensure a seamless flow of work through delivery systems, including setting up tasks on teamwork boards and tracking progress
- Assist the delivery team in gathering necessary information and details from clients to facilitate efficient project delivery
- Proactively identify areas for account growth and retention opportunities
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- A business, marketing or technology degree
- Broad knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategy, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt
- Ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams
- Outstanding organisation, administration, and time management skills
- Experience within customer service roles (e.g. retail, hospitality)
- Confidence, great listening skills and a drive to succeed
