About the opportunity
This role is all about identifying, engaging with and attracting talent. Working alongside our Partners and other internal stakeholders, you'll lead the end to end recruitment process including the design and implementation of strategies and solutions that will provide a strong pipeline of high quality talent to meet our resourcing needs.
Our summer law programme is a lot of fun, and you'll lead on engagement initiatives with universities and the annual recruitment of this programme.
Getting out and about and networking will be a key part of the role, as you build relationships with professional associations, universities, and organisations to elevate our employer brand and market reputation.
About you
You'll have experience in recruiting for legal roles, be interested in early talent attraction and be excited about having a key role in identifying talent for our firm.
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are a must, along with demonstrable success in headhunting and building future talent pools.
You'll be savvy with applicant tracking and sourcing technology platforms/systems or have a keen interest in learning how they work and developing processes that support an efficient and positive candidate experience.
You'll also be someone who keeps an eye out for the latest digital and technology recruitment trends, sourcing ideas for how we can continue to improve the way we do things.
Be able to undertake some travel to our Ōtautahi office to support recruitment activities.
While this is a full time position, we are open to discussing this role being undertaken on a part time basis.
