    Description

    We are looking for reliable people with good working attitude, who are well presented with good numeracy skills and a good command of written and spoken English.

    As well, you must have the ability to work within required time frames, get along with other staff and have a real interest and passion for bakery work.

    Must have a proven work history and good references.
    Must also be physically fit and healthy as some heavy lifting involved to fulfil requirements of the role.


    Main Responsibilities:
    directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
    supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
    planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
    observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
    assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
    overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
    ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
    may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation


    Qualifications:
    Any degree or a relevant qualification

    Experience:
    Prior experience as a Hotel/Duty Manager (desirable but not essential)
