    The Digital Manager - NZ role within the ANZ Business Excellence function will drive the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence (COE) and local/ global commercial stakeholders.

    You will be working closely with the Digital and Customer Experience Lead ANZ, Digital team, local brand teams, sales, legal and medical to execute digital projects as part of an omni-channel strategy, to drive access to medicines and therapeutic education in the New Zealand marketplace.

    You will provide thought leadership on how to engage customers by developing optimized user experiences across the digital channels (website, webinars, email, etc.).

    Reporting to the Digital and Customer Experience Lead and Head of Marketing – NZ, the key responsibilities for this role include:

    Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels as part of an integrated digital ecosystem;
    Execute all digital promotional campaigns in accordance with industry regulations and compliance;
    Measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), communicating regularly to relevant senior stakeholders as well as marketing;
    Identifying trends and insights to optimize campaigns and performance marketing;
    Champion digital solutions, partnerships, and consistent customer experiences;

    The minimum qualification, experience and skill requirements for this role are:
    Minimum of bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or Communications;
    7-10 years' experience in Digital Marketing;
    Preference for 2-5 years experience working with full-service agency and end-to-end digital campaign management;
    Demonstratable experience with; leading and managing SEO/SEM, Marketing, Database acquisition, e-mail marketing, social media and other digital channels;
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite and web analytics tools;
    Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong ability to lead and influence others;
    Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
