Responsibilities

• Understand the daytoday issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyse data related to business' issues
• Develop clear visualisations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
• Develop configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements
• Participate in designing, documenting and maintaining of system processes
• Explore on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Interact with the product team to share key insights and findings
• Search for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Essential to be considered

Must have a formal autism diagnosis or be in process of getting an autism diagnosis, otherwise please do not apply

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT or equivalent experience

years' Data Analysis experience

• Proficient in SQL, PowerBI and Excel as a core technology stack
