We are looking for a super-star Customer Service Representative to join our fabulous Customer Experience team in Auckland. If you have a passion for food and are committed to providing the best customer service, read on

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a great communicator and detail-focused with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and proactive communication
  • Can demonstrate an ability to delighting customers
  • Has proven problem solving and decisionmaking capability
  • Is not afraid to take ownership of customer enquiries/issues
  • Has previous experience in sales or related environment or, previous experience in a call centre
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to effectively manage your time, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Has excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
What will you do?

  • Place outbound calls for sales and follow up
  • Use solution based selling techniques to identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell to meet required targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience and create efficiencies within the department
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints through to resolution
