As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Foster relationships and establish trust with customers through effective and engaging communication.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, discern their needs, and provide suitable solutions to ensure positive resolutions and exceptional experiences.
- Demonstrate initiative by taking a proactive approach to enhance customer service levels and identify opportunities for business process improvements.
- Expand your product knowledge through supplier training and webinars, enabling you to offer expert advice and technical support to customers.
- Utilize crossselling and upselling techniques to recommend our esteemed Gold Star, Catalogue, RPM, and The Quarterly products.
- Collaborate with a Customer Experience Manager to escalate complex customer issues requiring additional input.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Relevant experience in phone-based Customer Service role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customerfocused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of customer service, sales, purchasing, logistics, and accounts.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet service level agreements.
- Problemsolving mindset and proactive approach to ensure positive customer experience.
- Experience in Pronto would be advantageous
- Experience in hospitality, travel or hotel would be preferred
