Description
Trident Homes Timaru is actively looking for driven, dynamic, passionate and hard-working individuals with an interest in the building industry to join their team and find leads and opportunities to generate new residential sales.
We want someone with excellent people skills who can consult with new customers to determine their wants and needs to help clients choose a design package that fits within their budget and lifestyle.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Franchisee
Generate new leads and follow up with potential client
Generate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment
Meet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their home
Understanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in
Understand Trident Homes' design range, processes & internal systems
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
Functional Relationships
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people
Build strong working relationships both internally and externally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Driven, Enthusiastic and keen to succeed
Key Skills
Sales experience would be an advantage but not a requirement
A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key
Experience with MS Word/Excel, Email & PC Applications
