    Te Whiwhinga Mahi The Opportunity As a Desktop Services Technician you are an experienced Desktop Technician who is passionate about supporting end users with new processes and technology to keep up with our ever-changing digital world in the health sector.


    You will get to interact with a wide variety of people and make a real difference We are looking for an experienced IT Professional in L1 or L2 desktop supportIncident Management You will be resolving IT request and incidents in the end-user space, this could be in person or remotelyInvestigate problems and incidents for escalation to a third level teamInstalling and upgrading PCs hardware and Operating SystemsKnowledge Management Actively involved in the creating and maintaining of technical documentsCustomer Service Keeping the customer informed, delivering continuous excellent customer serviceNgā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako Skills & ExperienceYou would ideally have 3-5 years' commercial IT experience, specialising in desktop support that encompassed all technology and devices in the end-user spaceAt least 2-3 years in a similar role is preferredAbility to work autonomouslyBroad hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across multiple technologiesCurrent Microsoft certifications and experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantageWhat you can expect in returnWorking in health brings its own special kind of reward and we're passionate about it.
