About the Role
We are looking for a Service Concierge to join our busy Porsche dealership based conveniently in Newmarket.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build industry connections and gain exposure to the inner workings of leading car brands worldwide.

This role which will see you coordinating and supervising the check in process of all inbound new vehicles, attending to customer pickups and drop offs when required, managing vehicle movements onsite, completing service grooms, grooming new and used vehicles for customers, and among other tasks.

You will also be an integral part of our customer experience with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Promptly attend to customers upon arrival
Answer basic enquiries and where possible refer to the appropriate personnel to assist
Assist in moving vehicles around the dealership
Ensure all service customers are offered refreshments and attended to accordingly

You will be committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile

Basic computer skills and eager to learn
Dealership experience highly advantageous but not essential
A collaborative approach to completing tasks
