The role:


ArchiPro's Client Advertising team is a critical component of our growth and customer success department and a key driving force behind our continuous product evolution within a traditional and complex industry.

Our success is dependent on building solutions that help our clients to connect, engage and transact within our two-sided marketplace.


As the Head of our Client Advertising department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between advertising strategies and client success outcomes.

You will work closely with our customer success teams to provide ongoing insights into campaign performance, client needs, and potential upsell opportunities.

This collaboration will ensure campaign adjustments are informed by real-time client data and feedback, maximising long-term value and retention.


Areas of responsibility, where successful execution is key:


Responsibilities (Client Advertising):


  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for existing client portfolios, aligning with their unique brand aspirations, target audiences, and budget realities.
  • Analyse campaign performance, interpret data insights, and recommend actionable adjustments to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactive communicator, exceeding expectations at every turn.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new platforms, and evolving consumer behaviours to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities (Team Management):


  • Recruit, hire, and develop talented advertising professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous learning.
  • Provide individual guidance and professional development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, empower team members to take ownership, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels, providing constructive feedback and ensuring team members feel heard and valued.
  • Address team challenges and conflicts proactively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork:


  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide ongoing insights into campaign performance, client needs, and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop and deliver training programs on the latest advertising strategies, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across all teams. By regularly sharing campaign data, insights, and best practices, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal delivering exceptional client experiences and driving overall business growth.

Bespoke Campaign Lead:


  • Excel at conceiving and delivering highly customised, bespoke campaigns tailored to the unique needs and objectives of major clients with minimum spends of $50k. These campaigns will go beyond the ordinary, leveraging cuttingedge strategies, innovative channels, and datadriven insights to achieve exceptional results.
