About the position


We are seeking an individual looking to start their career in a technology role, ideally backed through studies within this space.

It is advantageous to have some experience/ exposure to M365 and Service Now, but this is not essential. A desire to learn and grow, with a curious mindset, and aptitude to do so is essential.

Working as part of our IT Service-desk team, you will support our employees by:

  • Managing service desk queries, promptly resolving issues, troubleshooting and escalating matters to third party providers when required.
  • Provide up to Level 1.5 support and maintenance of the desktop infrastructure
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Providing support for projects and the ongoing development of IT support services
  • Manage procurement both Hardware and Software

About you
Previous service desk experience is not required, training will be provided for the right person.

Ideally you will have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst ensuring attention to detail, strong communication and relationship building skills.

We are looking for someone to see tasks through from start to finish with a sense of urgency and commercial focus.
