    The Role

    We are currently seeking registered nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment and developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing person-centred care to our residents, tailoring our approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
    • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
    • Advocating and delivering effective communication, both verbally and written, and role-modeling professional behaviors.
    • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, so it is essential that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if there are any concerns.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a valid Pin number, committed to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will also need to have a passion for mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues, as well as providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
