    Role Overview:

    As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Administrative Leadership:

    2. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, and medical records management.

    3. Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during clinic hours.
    4. Implement efficient processes to enhance workflow and patient experience.
    5. Financial Management:

    6. Monitor clinic finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue collection.

    7. Collaborate with the finance team to optimize billing procedures and manage accounts receivable.
    8. Human Resources:

    9. Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff.

    10. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
    11. Address employee concerns and facilitate performance evaluations.
    12. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    13. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards.

    14. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
    15. Patient Relations:

    16. Interact with patients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in medical practice management (GP clinics or urgent care centres preferred).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with medical billing systems and electronic health records (Medtech Evo).
