Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and prospect new clients within various industries to promote our recruitment agency's services and increase revenue streams.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough client needs assessments, showcase the benefits of our recruitment services, and offer expert guidance to address their hiring challenges effectively.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our agency's services and establish trust with clients.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Collaborate with clients to negotiate agreements and contracts while ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties.
Sales Performance Metrics:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing your sales pipeline and consistently converting prospects into paying clients.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to gain insights and maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment market.
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
CRM Utilization:
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience:
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Relationship Building:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients based on trust, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Goal-Oriented:
Self-motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales goals and performance targets.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the recruitment and staffing industry, including an understanding of talent acquisition, workforce trends, and HR practices.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Proactive approach to identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and addressing challenges in the recruitment process.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in using sales and productivity tools, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
