  • 1.0 FTE / permanent
  • 80 hours per fortnight

Due to a staff member moving roles internally, we are now looking for our next savvy Recruitment Coordinator. You will be the go-to
person for our busy Nursing and Allied Health managers on all things
recruitment and on-boarding. You will develop strong relationships across the
HR team in order to support a seamless recruitment process for our managers and
tracking system, as you assist managers to navigate the system through their
recruitment. You will bring strong communication skills to this role as you
will be relied upon to provide an overview of recruitment to our senior
leaders. The role will be looking after positions in both Marlborough and
Nelson and regular travel between the two sites will be expected.

You will bring recruitment and /
or HR experience to this role. Experience of the health sector will be
beneficial but not essential. This will be a busy role so the ability to pick
things up quickly and carry a high workload will be important. Your ability to
influence will be critical to your success in this position.
Your day
to day will include a high level of interaction with HR colleagues, managers,
backgrounds. This means your relationship building skills and your ability to
work with people will come to the fore.
