    Description
    Harcourts Balclutha is searching for an enthusiastic Property Manager with a proven track record to join our team. (Full training will be offered to the right candidate if Property Management is new to you).

    This role will include working with our property management teams across our 6 office Otago network, and also providing some additional office support where required.

    With a strong focus on growth and exceptional customer service, Harcourts offers an exciting and challenging position as the front facing Property Manager, and you will be a self-starter who thrives on being in charge of your day.

    The successful applicant will need to be well presented, be flexible in terms of your approach to work, enjoy a challenge, and display excellent attention to detail.

    In exchange, we will offer a down to earth work environment with the latest technology, fantastic training and support.

    The role will include:
    Provide property management to our valued landlords.
    Advertise rental properties, conduct viewings, and assess applications.
    Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance, and provide timely owner reports.
    Communicate effectively with our valued tenants and clients, nurturing positive relationships.
    Digitally archive crucial records.
    Provide some additional admin cover for our real estate sales team.

    This role is a unique blend of property management with some front office responsibilities, along with delivering exceptional customer service, and will give you a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supported learning environment.

    This is a full time role and we look forward to receiving your application.

    All applicants must be a NZ citizen/resident or possess a valid NZ work permit and hold a NZ drivers license.
