    Employment type:
    full-time, permanent Hours per week: 30-60 hours per week Number of vacancies: 2

    Operational tasks & duties:
    Communicating with customers' site manager to confirm job details on site before starting the jobs.
    Initiating pre-start meeting, preparing Task analysis and scaffolding scheme on site.

    Reporting any changes in scheme and updating information for any new tasks required by customers' site manager to senior managers.

    Supervising & assisting in the scaffolding jobs onsite, ensuring scaffolds comply with best practice guidelines.
    Communicating with customers on site to ensure their needs are met in a responsive and courteous manner
    Monitoring & ensuring team strictly follow Senior Scaffold Contracting's Health & Safety Policies & Procedures on site.
    Reporting any Health and Safety issues, accidents or near misses, in accordance with Senior Scaffold Contracting's policies and procedures.
    Wearing and using appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment at all time while on site.
    Familiarizing self & team members with Senior Scaffold Contracting's Health and Safety policies and procedures
    Participating in Senior Scaffold Contracting's Health and Safety system
    Participating in Senior Scaffold Contracting's regular training program.

    Generally assisting in the smooth operation of Senior Scaffold Contracting's business, which may include loading & unloading trucks, sorting & stacking unused plant on site or at the yard, cleaning vehicles or work premises, or any other reasonable tasks as requested from time to time.


    Administrative tasks & duties:
    Assisting Contracts Managers to prepare the daily Job Sheets for specific tasks and jobs confirmed by customers.
    Completing daily Job Records with accurate, complete information for tasks done.
    Signing off Day Work sheets with Customers' site manager for any variations completed on site.
    Evaluating individual team member's periodical performance and assisting in annual performance review.


    Job pre-requisites:
    At least three years' work experience in a scaffolding business
    Ability to understand and interpret building plans and specifications
    Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
    Being physically fit
