Gill Logistics ltd Three courier drivers required for one of the fast-paced company.

We are one of Christchurch Independent Contractor looking for a driver to assist with deliveries for our residential and business customers.

We are looking for someone to work Full Time Monday to Sunday on Rostered basis with 1-2 days off.
Working locally in Canterbury only.
32+ minimum hours.

You will be responsible for:

Arriving in depot on time to sort out the freight Secure load in good manner and arrange it properly to deliver easily.

Delivering the stuff on time Comply with applicable rules regulations policies etcconduct daily inspection of the vehicle.

Driving vehicle in a safe and professional manner Driver must be responsible for secure load and deliver on timely manner.

Find ways to conserve resources including fuel to benefit the business.
Any other tasks asked from time to time

Skills we require:
General good health and physical ability and ability to pass drug test.
Well organised and passionate for the jobmust have clean criminal history.

Class 1 driving license required or equivalent overseas license and ability to convert into NZ one however full training will be provided.

Must be reliable and ability for long term commitment. Must be able to work on weekends public holidays etc

Other Details:

Pay Rate:
From $26 to $30 based on work experience.

Minimum Hours per week:
Min 32 hours – max 60

Hours Workdays:
Mon to Sunday with 1-2 days off
