We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Green Cross Health.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Medical team and Support Office Operations teams, based in Ellerslie, to maintain accurate and complete shareholding, contractual, legal, and governance documentation.

This role provides support to our network of over 60 medical centres throughout the country, helping to live out our values, and support our company vision; _"Because of what we do, everyone is healthier".

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain medical contract documentation and complete regular monitoring reports for the Medical division.
  • Support monthly network newsletters.
  • Assist with supplier and customer administration as needed
  • Prepare and maintain annual requirements for Company Governance
  • Maintain a calendar of events for each company, including meetings and followup dates.
  • Prepare inputs for meetings of Directors and/or Management to review business performance.
  • Attend governance meetings, taking accurate actionoriented minutes.
  • Maintain company records, including legal contracts.
  • Liaise with medical centres as necessary.
  • File and update changes in the Companies Office register, and provide reporting as required.
  • Support other administrative requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of legal and governance practices preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
