The Night Shift Store Manager will be instrumental in managing our store's operations during nighttime hours, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and team leadership


Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of night shift operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Leading, training, and motivating the night shift team to excel in their roles.
• Developing strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability during night hours.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the night.
• Efficiently managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure readiness for the following day.
• Handling customer concerns and feedback with professionalism.
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports on night shift operations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Prior 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the fast food or retail sector, with a focus on night shift management.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team effectively during night hours.
• A commitment to excellent customer service and a passion for the fast food industry.
• Proficient in handling inventory, financial reports, and operational challenges unique to night shifts.
• Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and making critical decisions.
