Our client:

Our client is one of New Zealand's leading utility companies, based in the heart of Newmarket.

The role:

This contracting opportunity is to assist the team during increased workload and peak periods where you will be utilising your technical engineering skills as well as your previous experience in the water and wastewater sector.

Your prior experience in land development, such as designing new subdivisions will be key to your success. You will have a flair for understanding the relevant code of practice in relation to water and wastewater.

You will mostly be office based and provide support to the client as well as key stakeholders such as Auckland Council.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with relevant technical engineering skills and a minimum Bachelor of Engineering qualification.

You will be a team player, who is down to earth and confident in their ability to review 3rd party designs.

You will have prior experience in either AutoCAD or Solidworks and be capable to use designing tools
