Description
Kiwi Creative Studios is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our busy team.The contractor will be responsible for managing the owner's schedule, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the owner's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Organise and maintain files and records
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as creating invoices and tracking expenses
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member
Assist with social media and email marketing tasks, such as creating and scheduling posts and campaigns
Provide administrative support to the team, such as ordering supplies, preparing reports, and arranging events

Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
Familiarity with social media and marketing platforms
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
This is a contractor position and will be remote work.
