About the role

Our Resourcing (scheduling) team have a lot of balls in the air and we need a solutions focused leader with an infectious positive attitude to support everyone.


Under the direction of a Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our high performing team, whilst using your technical and analytical skills.


You will ensure Enliven gets the right support at the right time to our clients across our region, and excellent communication and customer service.


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience leading, coaching and managing others
  • The ability to be flexible and innovative in order to problem solve
  • Strong ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to analyse situations and data
  • Sound planning and organising abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in handling calls, scheduling work and data entry
  • High level of computer literacy, including proven experience in database maintenance and reporting
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
