About The Role


As part of our commitment to 'Care by Design', our Quality and Regulatory business group is dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes.


Sitting within Quality and Regulatory, our global Post-Market Surveillance team drives continuous improvement by monitoring the safety, performance, and quality of our products once they are out in the market.

They raise awareness of any quality issues and manage regulatory compliance and risk across our global markets.


We have a unique opportunity for a motivated individual from a Post Market Surveillance, Complaints Handling, Quality and/or Regulatory background to join our global PMS team in a Post Market Surveillance Specialist role.


In this position, you will process post market data, including customer complaints, and determine the appropriate action to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will also support post market activities to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and limit regulatory risk.


Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in science, engineering, law, or business.
  • At least one year of experience working in a Post Market Surveillance, Complaints Handling, Quality and/or Regulatory role within a highlyregulated industry.
  • Highly proficient formal writing skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills together with an inquisitive nature.
  • The ability to work autonomously and at pace with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Risk assessment experience.
