    Reference:
    We are seeking passionate Part-time Sales Assistants to join our Pascoes teams in Newmarket. We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work weekends.

    Hours:
    Friday 10:30-7:00pm, Saturday 10:30-7:00pm


    The Role:
    Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
    Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
    Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
    Support your team
    Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time
    Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures
    Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities

    About you:
    Sales experience is required, you must be a real sales "superstar"
    You will be confident and enthusiastic - a "people" person
    You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
    Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
    Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
    We're after someone who can show initiative, has a strong customer service focus, intelligence, punctuality and drive.
