An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and committed all round
Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Auckland Domain.


To be successful you will need to have excellent maintenance skills and knowledge of most handyman skills including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and plastering.


Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

You don't have to excel at all the trades but be confident to achieve a good standard in most of them.

Any trade experience such as Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Mechanical Engineering and Air Handling will be highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of OH&S
  • Having worked in a professional and customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying maintenance issues
  • Reliable
  • A police check and working with Children check is required.
You will be required to work set days and set times over the 7 day week Monday to Sunday. This will be finalized with your input at the time of engagement.

  • Flexible hours and days are required for this role
  • Proof of right to work in New Zealand documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
