This role will work closely with members of the Risk Management team and contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely compliance services to the business.

It is responsible for the administrative steps in knowing our clients and assessing the suitability of working with them.


The opportunity:


  • This role specifically sits within the
    National Risk Management team which facilitates processes and administrates global systems to assess the risks when working with our clients, third parties and engagements.
  • As a Risk Assistant, you will play an important role in facilitating effective communication and assisting with the delivery of an efficient and accurate services. You will be heavily involved in the client assessment process.

Day to day you will:


  • Process the setup of clients within KPMG's Risk Management Compliance systems
  • Administer the onboarding, evaluation and approval of KPMG clients
  • Liaise with our 3rd party provider for AML/CFT due diligence
  • Manage correspondence and documentation through electronic file management
  • Collate information for reports as required
  • Other general tasks to fulfil the purpose of the position

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Previous administration experience advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a friendly, professional manner
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • An interest in Risk Management and AML/CFT
  • Proactive and assertive in terms of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes
  • Process focused, very detail oriented and able to follow systematic processes
  • Be part of a closeknit team, critical to supporting client facing teams
