The Opportunity:


Due to internal movement, we have an opportunities for people to join our Provisioning Team (Energy/Telco communications) Our Provisioning Advocates have the knack to be able to ensure our customers' homes and businesses are connected or switched on time, every time.

We are one big family and we all have one thing in common - we love our customers So, to keep the show going, we have a casting call for new advocates to join us in our Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and/or Oamaru based offices.

Our passion for providing superb customer service is unmatched As well as managing the exceptions that automation can't pick up, we support our wider business colleagues with their queries, so working efficiently is key.

If you can demonstrate the following we want to hear from you:


  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Experience using Microsoft office suite and CRM (eg Salesforce)
  • An ability to learn new/multiple programs and databases and move fluidly between them.
  • Amazing multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Quality work within the given timeframes
