Job Description:

As Sales Support Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing critical customer-facing processes, including Checkouts, Loss Prevention, and Administration/Cashier.

You'll also be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results, while also ensuring compliance with internal audit standards, Worksafe administration, and other key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-driven, confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team.

You'll also need to have a good understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services, and be able to interpret and execute plans effectively.
