Do you want to build your career within a highly successful and supportive environment? We are seeking expressions of interest for Senior Consultants and Managers, with a focus on procurement, to join our teams in Auckland and Wellington.

If you have experience relating to digital supply chain, procurement, operational or manufacturing excellence and want to be part of a team that helps deliver transformational and sustainable change for our clients, we're keen to speak to you.

What you'll do every day:

Work with diverse teams across the business to win, design, plan, and deliver projects to help clients solve some of their most challenging problems
Manage your own and team performance to achieve a high standard of client service
Develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
You'll be part of a team that helps leading NZ companies to improve their operational performance, streamline their processes, manage change, and design the future of the business.
Your EY experience could span from innovating the future of agriculture for one of NZ's leading exporters, to transforming the manufacturing capability and performance of one of NZ's most iconic companies, to designing the supply chain that enables successful delivery in the public sector.

Here's our 'wish list':

While we do require suitable experience in either consulting or Supply chain and operations, don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.

We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go:

Procurement within a large corporate environment
Experience in delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions (Supply Chain IT Platforms, Analytics & Visualisation, Warehouse, Transport and Demand Management Systems, Blockchain or Automation/Robotics, etc.)
Business and process improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Hands on cost analysis and review including business case preparation
A Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management role
