As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will play an integral role in our team, showcasing the very essence of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:
Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
This includes mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking drink orders, and offering menu recommendations.
Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.

Bar Maintenance:
Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organised, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor.

Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.

Safety and Hygiene:

Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring and managing bar inventory, including restocking supplies, placing orders, and keeping track of inventory levels.
Safeguard compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all operations

Mentor and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service standards.
