Day to day in this role you will:

Being one of our Duty Manager's you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our flagship College Street café and ensuring our customers enjoy a delightful café experience.

Your responsibilities are to set up the café each day, guiding and motivating the team during shifts, managing staff schedules, addressing operational issues, and supervising the daily cash-up process.

About you:

Your warm and efficient service will enhance customer satisfaction while preserving a welcoming and inviting café ambiance. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring flawless operations, this is the role you've been seeking. Your LCQ licence is highly desirable.
