Reporting through to the financial accounting Manager you will be a team player that has stella communication skills and is keen to get stuck in and bring that value add.


About the role

  • Ensure all aspects of internal payrolls are prepared with the highest integrity and accuracy.
  • Timely creation of pay runs, review, update, and completion through to payment.
  • Accurate posting of payroll journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Monthly reconciliation between payroll and timesheet systems.
  • Obtain necessary information to accurately process benefits such as health insurance, Wellness policy, carpark, and rewards in the payroll system.
  • Update the payroll system as benefits change and assign benefits to relevant employees.
  • Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and communicate their impact to Finance and P&P teams.
  • Update systems and processes to reflect legislation and best practices.

About you:


Do you have a passion for delivering service excellence and maintaining compliance with payroll legislation? If you're an ambitious, fresh graduate with little experience or experienced payroll professional with an eye for detail, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.


  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Have payroll experience in an organisation of over 100 employees, managing endtoend payroll.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of current payroll legislation.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, sharing ideas and information.
  • Communicate professionally at all levels, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel
