    Description

    General Duties:
    Boning, trimming, preparing, and portioning meat to product specifications and placing on appropriate production line conveyer.
    Maintaining a supply of cartons and liners for specific product lines.
    Identify cartons for weight range and type.
    Checking, packaging, weighing, and storing products.
    Using meat processing equipment and machinery safely, following guidelines.
    Always follow food safety and hygiene practices.


    Work details:
    Hourly rate $25 to $32 per hour depending on experience
    Minimum 30 hours per week
    Day and night shifts on a rostered basis
    Minimum 12 months experience in this industry or similar
