An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Data Management Team based in our Vogel Street Dunedin Office.
About the role:
Working alongside our Data Management Manager and four other Administrators, you'll provide valuable support to the Credit, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Livestock teams, as well as to our administrators and stores network throughout New Zealand.
Ensure core activities involving the entry of data for account applications, bank accounts and other core data processes are actioned in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide effective maintenance of customer accounts (including master data and billing).Administer and support the business and staff with purchasing cards, expense management and procure to pay solutions.
Skills and experience:
Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) + accounting software and processes.
Experience of credit practices an advantage.
Ability to communicate complex information to a wide audience.
