We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse / Primary Care Nurse to join the team at HMP Huntercombe, a male, foreign national prison based near Henley-on-Thames.
Within this role, you'll be an integral part of the healthcare team.You could be involved in anything from developing and leading clinics, undertaking examinations and tests as well as answering emergency bells and potentially being the first person to attend an emergency.
Within this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.
Salary:
This position is
full time,
you'll receive an annual salary up to £49,770per annum - depending on experience.
Hours:
Healthcare is delivered Monday - Friday, between 07:4- 20:00, and we can offer flexible shifts within these times. You will work 37.5 hours per week, and we can discuss shifts at interview.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
As our new Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary.
Some of your duties will include:
Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
Undertake medication rounds
Dispense controlled medication
Attend emergency response situations
Deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group

Be a registered (adult) Nurse with a current NMC Pin
