What will I be doing?
Selling a product that Kiwi's love
Responding to live customer service and sales enquires over the phone and online
Collaborating with team members and most importantly, having fun
What are we looking for?
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Excellent communication skills,with a passion for delivering a great customer experience
Have experience in a customer service/sales environment, in acall centre or phone based role (with a minimum of 1-2 years experience)
Be a great communicator and problem solver
Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
The ability to multi-task, work on your own and as part of a team
