    Description

    We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic team member to undertake our internal Tax Administration and Workflow Administration.

    This pivotal role involves managing our internal tax administration and serving as the primary liaison with the Inland Revenue Department, alongside overseeing workflow management within our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the interface between the firm and the Inland Revenue Department, managing tax compliance and internal tax systems.
    • Oversee and coordinate workflow administration to ensure efficient task scheduling and team productivity.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and organisation while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience in a Chartered Accountancy practice or with the Inland Revenue Department is preferred, but candidates with strong office administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and a systematic approach are encouraged to apply.
    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both the team and clients.
