We are currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician Assistant to join our talented team at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile.

This position offers great flexibility in working hours and will suit someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.

You will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, including painting, general repairs, and preventative maintenance. You will work closely with the Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
This is a part time role based at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile. The rate is $28.00 per hour with Weekend cover with occasional weekday projects.
Your Responsibilities | Ō Mahi
Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including painting, weekly maintenance tasks and adhoc repairs within guest rooms.
Performing regular checks on equipment and facilities
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Communicating effectively with the Maintenance Specialist and other team members
About You | Ko Koe Tēnei
Prior experience in a maintenance role is preferred
Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry and plumbing
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong attention to detail
Flexible and reliable
Working knowledge of health and safety practices
